Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of the Daylight Wildomar Sunrooms & Patios website and any estimate, contract or work you get from us. By using the site, asking for an estimate or hiring us, you agree to them.

If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You can still call us at (951) 290-7274 with questions before you decide anything.

What we do

Daylight Wildomar Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in Wildomar, CA. We design and build sunrooms, screen rooms, patio enclosures and patio covers for homes in Wildomar and the cities around it. Our home page lists our services, and our About page says more about how we work.

Everything on this website is general information about our work and the trade. It isn't a quote, a design or professional advice for your house. The details of your job are set only in the written estimate and contract we give you.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and obligation-free, and we give them at your property because size, attachment to the house, foundation and access all change the price. An estimate is based on what we can see and what you tell us at that visit.

Some things only show up once the work is open, like damaged framing, a slab that can't carry the load, or changes your city or county requires during review. If that happens, we'll explain what we found and what it costs before we do the added work, and we'll put the change in writing for you to approve.

An estimate stays good for the period written on it. After that, material prices can move, so we may need to update it.

Scheduling and cancellation

We set a start date with you once the contract is signed. That date can shift because of weather, material deliveries, permit review or inspection timing, and we'll tell you as soon as we know of a change.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as you can. You keep any cancellation rights the law and your contract give you. Outside of those, materials we've already ordered for your job, especially custom-sized glass, panels and frames, may not be returnable, and those costs may be owed.

Payment

Your contract sets the deposit, if any, the payment schedule and the accepted payment methods. Any deposit we ask for is kept within what California law allows.

Payments are due when the contract says. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's made, and we'll tell you before we do.

Warranties and disclaimers

Any warranty on our work is the one written in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on products like glass, frames, roof panels and screens come from the maker and follow the maker's terms, and we'll pass along that paperwork.

This website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we don't promise that every page is complete, error-free or always available. Links to outside sites are there for your convenience, and we don't control their content.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Daylight Wildomar Sunrooms & Patios isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost use of a room or lost income, that come from using this website or from our work. Our total liability on a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under California law that can't be waived.

Settling a disagreement

If something isn't right, call us first at (951) 290-7274 or reach us through our Contact page. Most problems get fixed fastest when we come back out and look at them with you.

If we can't settle it that way, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before going to court. If that doesn't resolve it, the dispute goes to the state or federal courts serving Riverside County, California.

Governing law

California law governs these terms and any work we do, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they're posted on this page, and they don't change a contract you've already signed with us.
